At Foxx Life Sciences, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
